The basic principle of colloid mill :

Special considerations :

Hard materials such as quartz sand, broken glass and metal shavings must not be mixed in the processed materials. It is strictly forbidden to enter the colloid mill processing. Water, liquid materials must be left in the body of the colloid mill before and after starting, shutting down and starting the cleaning. It is forbidden to idling and reversing. Otherwise, improper operation can seriously damage the hard mechanical components or static grinding discs, moving discs or leaking and burning motors.

Installation operation items:

1. Connect the feed hopper or feed pipe and the discharge port, then connect the discharge circulation pipe, then turn on the cooling water (JM-L50a, b no cold water pipe system) and the drain pipe.

2, install the power start device, (if the conditional user can be equipped with ammeter and indicator light or inverter, etc.) After connecting the power supply, pay special attention to the starting direction, determine whether the motor rotates in the normal direction, or from the feeding tube. Look at the direction of the path and the direction of the colloidal grinding on the 'red warning sign' rotation direction arrow. It is absolutely forbidden to idle (inside the cavity) and reverse.

3. When Shanghai Kole Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. is shipped from the factory, the set limit screw is installed on the box of the material discharge port, and the gap between the grinding discs is at the optimal processing fineness spacing. To adjust the grinding disc clearance, first loosen the upper limit screw of the discharge port block, loosen the two handles 'counterclockwise' on the adjusting plate (dial) without turning on the machine, then turn the adjusting plate clockwise to adjust the rotation. When the disc feels a little resistance, it stops immediately. At this time, the reading of the pointer on the adjustment dial on the alignment plate determines that the gap between the moving and static grinding discs is '0'. However, the number of readings on the dial ring should be remembered. This number is not 0 degrees and the interval between the discs is '0'. Then reverse (counterclockwise) to adjust the disc for a few turns to make the gap between the moving and static grinding discs slightly larger than 0. The scale of the adjustment disc is 0.01mm per advance and retreat. Generally, in the case of meeting the fineness requirements of the processed materials, the gap between the grinding discs should be kept as far as possible, and the handle should be locked by the handle, and then the upper limit screw of the feeding port block should be adjusted to ensure the normal operation of the machine.

4. After the cooling water is turned on, inject a liquid material of about 1 to 2 kg or other liquid related to the processing material, and keep the wet material in a state of returning through the circulation tube. Then, the colloid mill can be started. After the operation is normal, it is immediately put into the colloid mill for processing, and the idling colloid mill can also avoid this.

5. Before shutting down, add appropriate amount of water or other liquid related to the processed material in the feed hopper or in the cavity, and keep the wet material in the state of returning through the circulation pipe. When starting the machine, keep a certain amount of wet material in the hopper to return to the state and immediately put in the material, otherwise it will damage the hard combination seal and even cause the leakage to burn the motor.

6, processing materials pay attention to the motor load, found that the overload should reduce the feed.

7. The colloid mill is in the action, and the discharge valve must not be closed to avoid leakage caused by excessive pressure in the grinding chamber.

8. The colloid mill is a high-precision machine with few gaps in the grinding disc and fast moving speed. The operator should strictly abide by the post and operate according to the regulations, find that the fault is stopped in time, and then re-produce after troubleshooting.

9. After the colloid mill is used, it should be thoroughly disinfected and cleaned inside the body, so that the materials do not remain in the body, so as to avoid damage to the machine due to hard mechanical bonding.
